De kunstwerken zitten vol met kenmerkende funky elementen van GABI over de locatie en de historie van het gebied. Gabi: “De Tweebaksmarkt (waar de containers te vinden zijn) was vroeger een gracht. Schepen voeren er langs en verkochten ‘Tweebak’, een specifieke koek uit de Zaanstreek. Er was ook een wekelijkse groente- en fruitmarkt!”

The artworks are full of her signature funky elements about the location and the area’s history. Gabi: “The Tweebaksmarkt used to be a canal. Ships would sail by and sell Tweebak, a certain biscuit from the Zaan region. There was also a weekly vegetable and fruit market!”
