ENG: Ciclope is a project that uses different languages like design, architecture, and communication to create a dialogue. This artwork in Assen is inspired by something very close to us: the nature around us!
Ciclope: “The work’s strength relies on an intimate relationship with nature, its power, and its organic shapes. Simultaneously, the presence of more rigid elements such as lines, curves, and geometrical components is introduced providing a sense of wholeness to the artistic composition. We were inspired by the nature that we discovered on our trip through Holland. We hope that the residents of Assen enjoy the colors and it brings a smile every time they see the mural!”

NL: Ciclope is een project dat verschillende talen, zoals design, architectuur en communicatie, gebruikt om een dialoog te creëren. Dit kunstwerk in Assen is geïnspireerd door iets dat heel dichtbij ons ligt: de natuur om ons heen!
Ciclope: De kracht van het werk zit in de relatie met de natuur en haar organische vormen. Tegelijkertijd worden er rigide geometrische elementen geïntroduceerd, wat een gevoel van volledigheid aan de compositie geeft. “We zijn geïnspireerd door de natuur die we ontdekten tijdens onze reis door Nederland. We hopen dat de inwoners van Assen genieten van de kleuren en dat elke keer dat ze de mural zien het een glimlach tovert!”
